Peak performance has a sound.  Whether it’s the sound of the Three Tenors,  Kenny G’s saxophone, or Gregory Hines’ feet – we hear it.  We can also hear a perfect landing at O’Hare, the roar of the crowd at the Olympics – or the sizzle of a steak at Morton’s.  Those sounds are recognizable to consumers, and they’re comforted and delighted by them.  When we hear them, we know those artists and the people in those organizations are jammin’.  When the sounds are off or missing a beat we notice.  Embassy is jammin’, but we need to be totally jammin’.  What would that look like?  Check it out.
