We see our challenge as one of inspiring the Hilton team – largely with the promise of alluring opportunities right at hand. We want people to get a visceral sense that a big payoff is just over that next rise and that they’re sure to get there if only they can manage to sustain or build on the momentum they’ve already achieved. It’s as if to suggest that the Promised Land is nearly within sight, with the rejoinder that everyone just needs to keep pushing a bit harder and a bit longer in order to get to where they want to go. The image of Hilton we want to project in this regard is one that’s heroic, confident and bold … and one that’s striding forward with real purpose and vigor.  Seize The Day!
